I love decorating my front porch for the seasons and the holidays! It is a blank canvas with the potted ficus tree and rustic chair that are always present throughout the year. The pumpkin is left over from Halloween and the chair begged for another wreath. You need the following tools and supplies to create this wreath:
- wire wreath form
- assorted patterned paper in beiges, creams and browns
- Cricut machine
- Cricut Preserves cartridge
- hot glue gun
Cut out many grapevine leaves using the Cricut machine. Adhering in rows and two at a time, attach the leaves to the form using a glue gun. Pinch the leaves at the base before you attaching to the form. Stagger the leaves as you work around the wreath.
The beauty of this project is that I used scraps of paper that I have collected over the years. I don’t use much browns and beiges in my projects and this was a great way to put them to good use. I love using what I have on hand and it came together beautifully.
Happy Thanksgiving!
