Yesterday, we were in Glendale at a private home celebrating a friend’s wedding anniversary. Since I wanted to expand my search of micro libraries, I decided to see if there was one in the vicinity. As luck would have it, there was. This charming library is located in Verdugo Park, a mere two minutes away from where we were visiting. Nestled in the middle of the park, it is close to the picnic tables and I hope it sees lots of use.
What is more important in a library than anything else – than everything else – is the fact that it exists. -Archibald MacLeish
