Time to party!
A friend of my husband’s since grade school celebrated his birthday on Monday. He deserved a handcrafted card and the party penguin fit the bill. You need the following tools and supplies to create this card:
- Cricut machine
- Cricut Create a Critter 2 cartridge
- Cuttlebug machine
- Cuttlebug embossing folder
- cardstock
- adhesive
Fold the purple cardstock so it is a finished size of 4.25″x5.5″ and cut the lavender cardstock to 5.25″x 4″. Cut all of the pieces for the penguin at 3.5″. Adhere all of the layers of the penguin together. Run the lavender cardstock through the Cuttlebug machine to emboss. Adhere the penguin to the embossed cardstock.
My husband wrote a witty sentiment and the card was complete. He loved it!
