It is just you and the pool.
For my brother’s birthday, I went with a swimming theme since he is an avid swimmer and played water polo in high school and college. You need the following tools and supplies to create this card:
- Cricut machine
- Cricut Create a Friend cartridge
- Cuttlebug machine
- Cuttlebug embossing folder
- cardstock
- adhesive
- googly eyes
Fold the royal cardstock so it is a finished size of 4.25″x 5.5″ and cut the aqua cardstock to 5.25″x 4″. Cut all of the pieces for the swimmer at 4.5″. Adhere all of the layers of the swimmer together. Run the aqua cardstock through the Cuttlebug machine to emboss. Adhere the swimmer to the embossed cardstock and googly eyes to the swimmer.
This swimmer is too darn cute and I am sure my nephew and niece loved it as much as their father. The kids in the Create a Friend cartridge are beyond adorable and you will have to wait and see which one I choose to do next.
