Blow out the candles!
For those of you that know me well, I love Pinterest. A good friend turned me onto it and I have never looked back. The above card was inspired by this card I pinned to my Just Cards board. You need the following tools and supplies to create this card:
- Cricut machine
- Creative Memories/Cricut Tiny Treasures cartridge
- Creative Memories/Cricut Cheerful Seasons cartridge
- Cuttlebug machine
- embossing folder
- cardstock
- adhesive
Fold the white cardstock so it is a finished size of 4.25″x 5.5″ and cut the white cardstock to 5.25″x 4″. Cut celebrate from Cheerful Seasons at 1.5″ and the candles from Tiny Treasures at 3″. Run the white cardstock through the Cuttlebug machine to emboss. Adhere the candles and celebrate to the embossed cardstock.
This card was for a belated birthday celebration for a dear friend and she loved it! For those creative minds, Pinterest offers us a treasure trove of ideas and endless inspiration. Pinterest recently celebrated its fifth anniversary and I hope it is around for a long time to come.
