Have a colorful birthday!
Another birthday card for a co-worker who loves color. You need the following tools and supplies to create this card:
- Cricut machine
- Creative Memories/Cricut Tiny Treasures cartridge
- Cricut Create a Critter 2 cartridge
- 1.25″ circle punch
- cardstock
- colored twine
- adhesive
Fold the white cardstock so it is a finished size of 4″x 8″. Cut birthday from the Create a Critter 2 cartridge at 1.25″ and happy from the Tiny Treasures cartridge at 1″. Punch out 5 circles. Adhere the letters to the circles then to the cardstock. Adhere birthday and tie the twine along the edge of the card.
I was inspired by this card on Pinterest. I enjoyed working with the rainbow colors, which prompted me to make more birthday cards with this color way. You will see those soon. And, my co-worker still has this card on her desk and her birthday was in December. Wow! She must have liked it.
