Blow out the candles!
A series of birthdays are coming up so I had to put the Cricut back into service. My machine went on tour for a month and spent some time with a few girlfriends that had important projects to complete. You need the following tools and supplies to create this card:
- Cricut machine
- Cricut Create a Critter 2 cartridge
- Cuttlebug machine
- embossing folder
- cardstock
- adhesive
- epoxy stickers
Fold the pink cardstock so it is a finished size of 4.25″x 5.5″ and cut the white cardstock to 5.25″x 4″. Cut all of the pieces for the cake at 4″. Adhere all of the layers of the cake together. Run the white cardstock through the Cuttlebug machine to emboss. Adhere the cake to the embossed cardstock and the epoxy stickers to the cake.
This cartridge has hidden gems in it like this cake. The birthday cake has been done many times in many cartridges, but this is a more formal one. Love it and had to add the epoxy stickers for that added sparkle! Hope my sister-in-law loves it too.
