Time for another seasonal banner using my stash of supplies and tools. Let’s get going. You need these items to create this banner:
- Cricut Expression 2 machine
- Creative Memories Border Maker System
- Creative Memories Border Maker cartridge
- leaf punches
- small hole punch
- cardstock and patterned paper
- chipboard
- ribbon
- adhesive
Cut out the letters at 1.75″ using the font loaded onto the CE 2 machine. Punch out various leaf shapes in coordinating paper. Punch out the border and then cut in half lengthwise. Cut the largest square at 3.25″ followed by the smaller square at 3″. Cut out the chipboard at 3.25″ and mount the two squares on top. Then affix the letter and leaf to each square followed by the halved border at the top. Punch a small hole in the corner of each square and thread onto the ribbon. Hang and enjoy it!
You can find the Border Maker System and Border Maker cartridges here. The cartridge I used to make the border is no longer available, but any cartridge will work.
Happy holiday crafting!
