Crafty Decorating: Ornament-Filled Cloche Part II

I loved the Christmas version so much that I decided to do it for other holidays as well.  I went to the 99 cent store a week before Christmas to stock up on colors for several more holidays.  Here is the Valentine’s Day version.  Isn’t it fabulous?
