Welcome to Day 3 of 31 Days of Handmade Cards! You can never make enough birthday cards and I am always creating new designs. Birthday imagery is ripe for endless interpretations so you can never get bored with it.
Gather the following tools and supplies to create the card for Day 3 of 31 Days of Handmade Cards:

- Ultimate Card Making Tool Kit
- Cricut Create a Critter 2 cartridge
- birthday embossing folder
- 1.5″ square punch
- cream cardstock
- patterned paper
- tape runner
- mini tape runner
- Cut the cream cardstock to be 4.25″ high by 8.5″ wide. Cut another piece of cream cardstock to be 5.25″ high x 4″ wide.
- Fold the larger piece of cream cardstock in half lengthwise and use the bone folder to crisp the edge.
- Run the remaining piece of cream cardstock using the embossing folder through the Cuttlebug machine.
- Adhere the embossed panel to the card.
- Cut bows at 2″ using Create a Critter 2 cartridge from patterned paper.
- Punch out 4 squares from patterned paper.
- Adhere the bows to the gifts and the gifts to the embossed cardstock.
