Welcome to Day 29 of 31 Days of Handmade Cards! Birthdays are celebrations so it is nice to have a birthday card that showcases it. And, even better with colorful patterned paper from your paper stash.
Gather the following tools and supplies to create the card for Day 29 of 31 Days of Handmade Cards:

- Ultimate Card Making Tool Kit
- celebrations die set
- patterned paper
- white cardstock and colored cardstock
- tape runner
- glue pen
- Cut the orchid cardstock to be 4.25″ high by 8.5″ wide. Cut the white cardstock to be 5.25″ high x 4″ wide.
- Fold the orchid cardstock in half lengthwise and use the bone folder to crisp the edge.
- Cut celebrate using the die and Cuttlebug 3 times. Glue all three together using the glue pen and weigh it down with a book or another heavy object while it dries.
- Cut three papers to be 1.5″ high by 1″ wide and three papers to be 2″ high by 1″ high.
- Arrange the patterned paper rectangles in a pleasing arrangement and then adhere to the white cardstock panel using the tape runner.
- Adhere white panel to orchid card using the tape runner and adhere celebrate using the glue pen.

As with Day 28, the same die was used, but with a different effect. This card also dipped into my patterned paper stash as with Day 3, Day 12 and Day 23. When you have supplies that you love, it usually turns out that it all goes together even if you purchase from various vendors. It is creative kismet.
